Savory Shrimp Croquette

Elk Strip Loin (5 oz) gf, df on request

Red wine porcini reduction, parsnip purée, roasted carrots

Gnudi alla Pesto v

Delicate ricotta dumplings dressed in freshly prepared basil pesto and roasted tomatoes, finished with aged Parmigiano-Reggiano
